PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days before shipping.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS:

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. *Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.*

TRACKING:

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow it's happy journey to you.

PACKAGING:

Because some of our products are made in glass jars, we take extra care to package each order securely to ensure it arrives safely.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING

Some Living Waters Co. products, such as soy candles and body butters, are sensitive to heat. During warmer months, packages left in mailboxes or on porches may soften or melt. 

Living Waters Co. is not responsible for melting caused by high temperatures or delayed package retrieval. If your product arrives softened, simply allow it to return to room temperature before use. Product quality will not be affected.

We recommend tracking your package and bringing it indoors as soon as possible after delivery.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We carefully package each order to help ensure it arrives to you safely. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, we are pleased to offer you a replacement or a refund of the same value. Please contact us within 48 hrs. of delivery, to ensure that we can provide you with the best possible solution. We request that you provide us with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
